I think:

a) This should be added to the agenda tomorrow, but we should REALLY
make sure we focus on actual installfest issues as a priority.
InstallFest being a success is the first priority.

b) This opportunity should be viewed as a seperate exercise to
InstallFest2004.

c) The meeting of the 19th should be used to debate and decide the
issue.

d) The mainlist should be advised of the course of action (i.e the
above) once we have broad agreement.

Cool. Things are getting interesting :-)
