Modem/graphics/LAN chipset/driver?

Don't know if we need it, but if WLUG keeps the papers, we have this info to
help with any post install queries/support. This seems to me the main reason
for collecting the forms, apart from the disclaimer/waiver.

Does the web site have access to MySQL/Postgres? If so, it might be useful to
put up a (passworded) link with this info in a small database so we can look up
the details if needed later. Or is this too far over the top???

Also, note that I have cleared the posting of installfest attachments with
Ewen. They may be held up briefly pending my/his approval as a relevant
document to post to the list, but I check several times a day so it shouldn't
cause a problem.
