I set something similar up for the last installfest.  When this
installfest was first being planned, I offered to do the same thing but
was told it wouldn't be necessary.

Does the web site have access to MySQL/Postgres? If so, it might be
useful to put up a (passworded) link with this info in a small database
so we can look up the details if needed later. Or is this too far over
the top???
