Heh, it's no problem :)

If anyone does think a page would be useful, I'm happy to set one up.  I
can also have it served on the PC I'll be bringing with me to the 'fest
so that it can be referred to then.

Hmm.. don't remember. We tossed a few ideas around & I think a number of
opinions have been changed due to good cases being made (at least I know
I've changed my mind on a few issues). At the first meeting the idea of
the form was tossed around & there were some good arguments for it,
Michael agreed at the time to draft summat up.

So thanks for you offer, apologies if it fell through the cracks but I'm
sutre we'll keep you involved :-)
