I got this email from Chris Hall, about Wellylug Membership.

What defines a wellylug member? If we make it so anyone with a username
on the site is a member, I can make the site show a membership number.
(currently, it numbers users, but hides the id number)

What do you think?

Also do we have a registration number?

Members of NZ Linux User Groups can get discounted software, ie Xandros Deluxe 
for $104 But we need to quote a membership number.
