    At the installfest mtg last night, Mr. Baddeley was proposing we
should consider such issues at the next LUG mtg. Things like what makes a
member, an official policy re: adv. on the mailing list, general
housecleaning sorts of things. I'd certainly endorse the idea...

(one of the reasons it came up was discussion of adv; somebody suggested
perhaps making a policy of members only, whereupon I asked if being to
two LUG meetings makes me a member... Not that I think the adv issue
itself particularly needs much attention. We've already thoroughly
flogged that particular exanimate equine mammal.)
