Given Adam's enquiry on the wellylug list, & all the work we've thrown at
Jethro, I suggest we prioritise things;

The reg page only needs to be up in a week or two, so that isn't desparate.

What may be more pressing is the info page, which needs to be up for people to
read before ticking their preferences on the reg page anyway.

Can we make this the priority.

Summarise the distro's we will have available.

Mandrake Linux v10
Fedora core 1
Debian whatever

(Install gurus please confirm)

The Installfest times need to fit the presentations. I think at the moment
Michael is starting his presentation about the time we are kicking people out?
(do we want to change this? :-)

Can we have some words from each presenter to describe just what they are
presenting? (Carl kicked this off very professionally)

On my part, here are some words about the "what is Linux?" presentation, with a
bit extra... do what you will with these words....

What is Linux?

Linux can be simply described as an Open Source operating system.

This presentation briefly covers the nature of open source and what an
operating system is. You will discover the facts behind some of the stories and
myths, and learn whether Linux is useful for you.

We will also be answering your questions, so if you have ever wondered if Linux
could be fun for you, don't miss this opportunity.

Throughout the day, the presenters and other Linux experts will be available to
answer further questions, and you will be able see demonstations and further
presentations of Linux being installed, and how to use the most common
applications, such as internet, email, and office applications.

Bring yourself, your friends, your computer and your questions.
