Thank god for that. Now I can wipe the brick dust from my forehead! :-)

I suggest the choices are:

italian
mexican
indian
welsh (!)
thai/asian
other [insert suggestion here]

Make the choices genre based so we can avoid arguments over "but it's my
favourite restaurant". Once we have a selection, we can rumble round all
of the restaurants of the chosen type to get the best deal.

When we post to the mainlist, make it clear that the bill is combined
together and split by the number of people in attendance. WellyLug will
contribute the funds to the food part (only) of the bill.

As for the night, I move that it should be a thursday night. Who'll
second me?

If we vote at the meeting, people will complain they couldn't make it.
The list is problematic in that it's unclear how we evaluate validity.
Hows the members only website poll coming on Jethro? (I guess it's wise
to have this info in a database for a start...)

cheers
