Poll commnents:
Given that it offers a chance for users to freely add their own
comments, I think that it's ok. (tick boxes not covering exhaustive
options)

Like Tony, I am a little concerned about the process we go through when
it comes to member votes. Fast and loose is ok for the 'entertainment'
type polls, but making sure that we have 'done the right thing' is
important when it comes to member votes. Otherwise we run the risk of
getting on a path that the majority is not happy with. Making sure that
all voices are heard and have their say is important. Creating and Using
a system to assist democracy needs to be done with care and
consideration, and not in haste.

But pulling it (the current poll) may be non useful. Let's gauge
responses and use that to help us fine tune this process. We have no
process in place that makes a poll result a valid reason to act. At best
it provides useful info. At worst, people see the fsck up and wonder WTF
is going on.

BTW, The poll results should absolutely always go directly to the org
list. No question. Even if it is in 'testing mode'
