I've been thinking that maybe Sam Cannell could maybe do the venue
thang, seeing as he successfully sorted out the fsck up with the meeting
last time (he knows lan place people etc). I'm happy to handle
presentations if he's happy with that, which kinda makes sense, as
that's what I seem to do anyway...

Frankly I'm doing a shite job of taking minutes (aka operating a pen),
so I'd be happy for someone to offer to do that..
