Have the guys got back to you?

Is there anything we need to do if you guys (r2 etc) need to set up
before the meeting? Will we need to arrange access to the venue for you
early? - Or is it pretty straightforward?

Hmm. Will we need to organise the Lovely Blonde Make-Up Chick (tm) for
Sam's big moment in front of the glare of the camera?... ;-)
