Hey Jamie,

Yeah - Sam Cannell and I have been talking about it via private e-mail.

I just asked my Dad about the questions that you asked me in your e-mail, 
and he told me the following:

1. No - we won't need any help to setup before the meeting.

2. Yes - we will need access to LAN Place before the meetings starts. 
7:00pm please?

Also, what is there in the way of light(s) at LAN Place please? If there's 
not sufficient light for a video camera then we'll bring a light on a stand 
with us.

I don't think so, no. But I'm sure we (the members of this list, that is) 
would be able to organise a Lovely Blonde Make-Up Chick (tm) for you though! ;)
