If they left an email address, I understand they implicitly granted us the use
of it for _relevant_ purposes. As there was no specific privacy policy they
agreed to (was there??), we may even be able to sell the addresses, not that
I'm suggesting we do....

Rather than send out the actual questionaire to everyone, put it on the web
site & send them just a brief email asking them to fill it out if they are
interested? (Just as relevant & less intrusive)
