What I had in mind is the more established members (like us here on this
list) sort out a rough consensus, take it to be bigger group and say
"here, this is what we've worked on, what do you think?".  Then we take
it from there.  I don't expect they'd have too many problems with what
ever we come up with. 

I would hope that on Monday, when we have new members from the
installfest showing up, we are a happy harmonious bunch who are able to
agree on much more than we disagree!!!
