Group standards? For Wellylug? Have I missed something? Osmosis is about it, 

As I remember it we have Ewen's rule on advertising on his service & Damon's
guideline on general net courtesy (which is probably worth noting, as it is
particularly relevant), some general words about what the LUG is and a
generally approved agreement that NO other restrictions exist.

What was wanted (pretty definitavely by the membership at the time) was an
informal group of Linux & related software users. Full stop. (apart from
agreeing that Damon's guideline was a good idea, but only as a guideleine,
nothing binding)
