What do you mean 'a list admin/owner', sorry? In case you don't know, 
I'm the list admin of the 2 main WellyLUG e-mail lists at the moment. 
I can tell you now that I see a lot of e-mail that other people don't 
(i.e. spam that I reject, etc).
