Well, how often does it have new material put on it that hasn't been 
"advertised" on the mailing lists?

A website has to continuously change and have interesting stuff 
continuously added in order to make people keep on wanting to go back to 
it. That's just the nature of websites.

I mean, how many people re-read the same newspaper over and over again and 
again?
