So sounds like their routers are stuffed rather than there being anything 
wrong with the modems?  I suspect it is their standard responce to say 
they'll replace the modem when they want the customer to go away while they 
fix the problem :-) (I think the nzog posting said that was Telstra's 
response to them too).
