[wlug_org] Wellylug website down again

Hi guys (and gals), Telstra visited this morning (as promised) checked the 
line quality and replaced the modem with their newer sb5101 modem (which 
can handle the 10mbit connection rate if I upgrade to the next speed level).

All seems to be working happily.

The tech spoke to his boss after completing the job as was told there was 
an outage yesterday that they had been working on (and that was probably 
the real problem)... as though we didn't already know that :-(

If Jethro (or WellyLUG) wants to move the website, I have no great 
objection.  But I do find Geraint's old server rather useful :-) (NB it has 
a fault which probably precludes the group from selling it for great wads 
of money, just incase anyone thought or redistributing group assets 
:-).  And I would need a bit of notice to revive some old machine to act as 
my own server if this one is redeployed.

If Jethro would like better access (eg SSH etc) that could be looked at.
