I don't host it (yet ;)) - but Tony Wills does on a (paradise?) cable  
connection -- i'll cc this to the WellyLUG wlug-org list in case a  
(free?) hosting provider is sought...

As an aside - what are your (commercial) hosting rates? my hosting/  
web business is expanding a little and US servers - despite their low  
cost - ain't "local" - and can't leverage the unique peering stuff  
here in Wellington. [reply to me ;)]
