*sigh*... it pains me greatly....

Sure, that's not a problem. Saves everyone from bringing lots of
laptops. :-)

I just require presenters to email their slides by 8:00pm on Fri.
Ideally, even earlier, so I can ensure there is no problems.

Open Document format ideally.
