[wlug_org] lists.wellylug.org.nz: IP address change

Due to a change of ISP, the IP address for the server hosting 
lists.wellylug.org.nz will be changing this week.

Old IP: 202.53.189.10
New IP: 202.160.48.140

There is currently a HTTP mod_proxy setup, and a SMTP TCP proxy setup on
the new IP address, which passes the requests to the old IP address;
the actual list configuration will be migrated later this week when I
get a chance.

Donald: Can you change the IP address of lists.wellylug.org.nz to the
new IP (202.160.48.140)?  It should be safe to do this immediately as
it'll just go through the proxy configuration until I get a chance to
migrate it.
