Cool - no firm dates yet. I'll keep this list updated - unless I get
loads of objections. I suspect people will be happier if I propose
something - then you get to modify it.

RMS Itinerary:

August:
6 -- fly in (Wednesday)
7 -- buffer (delays etc)
8 -- meet the press?
9 -- (sat) AuckLUG?
10 - (sun)
11 - UA?
12 - UA?
13 - travel
14 - CLUG/WLUG?? Central Nth Is event?
15 - arrive WGT?
16 - (sat) WellyLUG?
17 - (sun)
18 - WGT Press?
19 - Victoria University? Something?
20 - departs WGT

It is obviously possible to do two talks on one day and stuff like that.

People with press contacts - use them without shame or remorse :) Mine
are mostly medical but I'll be using them too and my flair for publicity
such as it is. If journos get the tip from multiple sources they'll more
likely do something about it.

People who want to organise an event - go right ahead. You are allowed
to charge for admission and a speakers fee is not insisted upon... but a
modest one is good idea. I have an info pack - I need to know where,
when and what sort of event you have in mind.

I'll know the airfare soon - at that time, I'll take pledges to cover
it. So far I imagine I'll be underwriting this expence myself - so I'll
make the initial payment and others can contribute to me. But if there
is a better way then by the eben nuts of Nyarlathotep TELL ME!

If you are a LUG or an OSS, you may want to rename yourself GLUG FSUG or
FSS for the visit - saves time ;)
