Yes they are Pentium 'One'  machines.

The general requirements are for basic office tasks, word processing, 
spreadsheets and for email and possibly web browsing. An example I have 
just had is the North Wellington Youth Project which currently has a 
paper based database system, they could really do with email, word 
processing and a simple database solution.

I think we need:
1) a nice lightweight stand alone setup...and...
2) a terminal setup running off a more powerful server
