[wellylug] network config

I've run into same problem on my friend's new DSE TERMINATOR PC (mandrake
pre-installed). I've "fixed" it by down'ing the eth0 before dialup, but
that was not nice solution. Could any Mandrake expert clarify how to do it
the "proper" way ? :)
