So just to clarify -- you have some past experience in another group
which you do not like.  You don't want to see the same thing happen in
our group.  It has not actually happened yet, but you fear it might.

Question: what steps do you believe would need to be in place for our
group to remain a positive environment in which to realise the goals of
the various members?  It could involve activities, guidelines, goal
setting, anything that would help.   I am sure by working together we
could achieve more than as individuals working alone.
