On the other hand, the formalisation thought useful by many will not
affect those who don't want to be involved and cannot see the group
getting any larger than it is now. Unless you think it is going to
impinge on your freedom of action, I would suggest you don't discourage
the changes thought necessary by others. Apply J. S. Mill's test, ie
you can do anything as long as it does not impinge on others.
