[wellylug] Serial Port Data + Logging

Hello, 

Just wondering if anyone can give some advice on this ..

What I am trying to do is take a serial feed out from our PABX, which
provides call logging and other data...
(Sam I am "The Man") :)

And log it into a file, that can be interrogated for usage and things. 

I was going to use Minicom and log the output of that, but don't think
that it is the best way.

Any suggestions would be helpful :)
