[wellylug] Administrivia: server upgrade

Hi,

There will be a brief outage to both the website and the mailing list 
at some point this afternoon (or possibly this evening), while I 
do the final transfer of them across to the new synagogue.naos.co.nz
machine (faster, more RAM, 3Ware RAID card, etc), and verify the
transfer.  Everything's been prepared so it should only take about an
hour to complete.

Aside from the outage everything should continue as it has been, unless
I accidentally overlook something.  I'm sure y'all will let me know if
something breaks :-)
