When I was working for the POSB in the mid-80s an ocean liner came into
the harbour with its deep-sea navigation/radar still switched on. It
knocked out for the entire day both the national and lower-nth-island
mainframes.
So to me is sounds very plausible that local fishing boats are running
interference with Lindsay's WiFi.
