[wellylug] Info for TelstraClear Cable users - Plan changes

I threatened going to the the Telecommunication commissioner, because
Telstra broke my contract with them.
I moved house and they moved me from one plan to another and we were
still under contract.
They removed me from my contract, (I still had 3 months to go), and
reimbursed me for the extra cost of the new plan for the 3 months I had
left of the contract.
Anyway, on the herald site, a TelsraClear spokesman said that they would
not move people to the new plans if they didn't want to move.

so stick with your guns, and if they do move you, go to the
Telecommunications commissioner and anyone else you can goto with
regards to the breaking of your contract, fair trading act?? -
considering in the news media Telstraclear have stated that you are able
to say on your current plan.
