I'd suggest you look at ihug;

 2 Mbps / 128kbps 20GB + 20GB $69.95
Thats 20gig on peak then 20gig off peak traffic for $70 if you take your
toll calls via them.

Orcon is also good, with the rate of $40 then $1 a gig thats the cheapest
per gig I've seen of any isp in NZ yet.
