It costs nothing. Well... next to nothing.

What most organisations do is that they find an accountant who is prepared 
to help the organisation by being Honorary Auditor. Many accountants do 
this sort of thing.

Given how small the books would likely be for WellyLUG, a thankyou letter 
and a nice bottle of wine, or something, is often all that is needed.
