We have a special list for people who want to post ads about equipment
for sale, stuff wanted, jobs etc.  This is partly in response to the
wishes of Ewen, who generously hosts the mailing list.

There are not as many people on that list as the Wellylug list, but I
imagine that reflects the unwillingness of many people to receive
advertising material, even if it is marked OT.
