You pretty much can't.  There isn't a mainline NetBEUI protocol driver
for Linux, and Samba (the SMB software) only supports SMB on TCP, so
even if you had NetBEUI you couldn't really use it.

Perhaps you could give us some more details on what the difficulties are
and how you have your TCP/IP network configured.  Details on the client
configuration would also be good.
