[wellylug] Ubuntu live CD Boot

Hi List,Thanks for the interest and help.
My CMOS setup allows only CDROM I am unable to designate drive E or D.
I have opened the CD(which I copied from a downloaded ISO onto a CDRW) I can't see a file that is called Boot.
With the CD in the E drive at startup nothing happens on the drawer or the monitor the Windows system loads with no problems.
Tried right clicking CDrom drive while in properties in Windows Explorer, no sign of tab for explore.
