[wellylug] Xubuntu question

Hi everyone,

I'm red2000, I've just joined the wellylug mailing list.  I'm thinking 
of attending one of your Wellington meetings soon to improve on my Linux 
skills.

Anyway, I'm sending this message because I'm wanting to know if anyone 
can send or post me an .iso file of Xubuntu that actually works.  I've 
tried to download Xubuntu three times off the Xubuntu website to no 
avail.  It won't boot, some error message comes up everytime.  My last 
resort would be to go to the Linux CD mall, but I'd rather save the $12 
if I can find another way.

If anyone can help me, or just point me in the right direction, that 
would be great.
