It's simple - you don't. Linux (and most UNIX-based systems) don't
have an OS level DNS cache like Windows does. If there are issues the
application may have a cache - restarting it usually flushes that
cache - or you may have a caching DNS server on the local machine or
further upstream. If you know the network then find the server and use
the docs to figure out how to flush the cache, otherwise talk to your
network admin.
