[wellylug] Frontpage to something useful?

I have a situation where someone created a website for someone using MS 
Frontpage and now wants to be able to have it in a more open format so 
anyone can manage the site when they need changes.

I have never used Microsoft Frontpage but I have been asked to transfer 
it to something useful (i.e. plain HTML or something that can be 
manipulated in a freely available tool).

Does anyone know if there is an easy way to export from Frontpage (or 
import into) to a free or preferably opensource tool.

The website is not complex and only holds static information but I would 
prefer not to have to reformat by hand.

Any advice most welcome!
