There was an outage from 7pm Sunday -> 11am Monday (roughly) in the
Kingston area, which Telstra acknowledged and fixed.

It may have been related to the performance problems recently in the
Kingston areas - perhaps one of the cables was loose? ;-)

Will be interesting to see how it performs over the next week or so.
