I'm genuinely surprised to read that. When I left Welly 5 years back a real
growth area was SME services - those that fell under the radar of the big
support firms. But you'd still be looking around $80 an hour for a contract.
Going back to the original posting: Peter, there's always someone who will
offer a level of support to meet your budget but you may have to significantly
readjust your service level expectations if you're unable to pay commensurately.
