Seriously now .. Parekura Horomia turned up, and all he got was spat on.
I don't see anything at all wrong with the PM staying away from it all.

It's things like this that make the Hikoi completely ineffective.  Maybe
one day, people will realise that spitting and throwing mud isn't the
best way to get someone else to take note of your opinions. :)

Compared to the reception generally given the Prime Minister on the

home turf, the Prime Minister's greeting was quite civilised. Possibly
not the most appropriate, but eminently understandable. As ye sow....
