Go then. You have repeatingly expressed this desire, and it's annoying
me greatly when you keep poping up with critisism, and semi-abusive
language about us when you don't want to be with us.

Personlly, I think 1 email a month is not spam, and this kind of
reminider is good for people who over react and abuse others.

Also, don't have a go at JamieB over it - he pointed out the main
solution.
