Defiantly the latter. Software Freedom day allows us to get advertising
for it out. If we run the installfest the following week, it works
welll.

Silicon is great, but if anyone can suggest something better - Need to
be fairly easy to get to, must have parking, needs a separate room with
projectors for presentations.

I think:
- June - Toss ideas around, see who's interested.
- July - Organise
- August - Tweak
- September - SF day & installfest.

We could run it as a joined "NZOSS & Wellylug" installfest, if the
people helping out feel so.

If so, it might be best to create another mailing list, independent on
NZOSS and wellylug, solely for installfest traffic. I can host such a
list if wanted.

Shall we create this list, then advertise on NZOSS and Wellylug lists,
for those interested in being involved in the installfest to join the
list?
