[wlug_org] Installfest 2006

I suggest we stick to the wlug_org list. It will be a Wellylug event, with the
assistance of NZOSS, rather than an NZOSS event, or at least that is how I
interpret comments from both groups. It also means all msgs are in the same
archive as the last two fests, which keeps a useful reference. THe org list is
not exactly burdened with traffic....
